Everywhere you turn

It's as though the world is coming apart at the seams.  No matter where you look there is terror and destruction.  Day after day we are not only hearing about, but also seeing the senseless killing and torture of innocent people, all in the name of beliefs.  We have had to endure endless criticisms about this thing or another as it pertains to what is taking place all over the world.  One groups says it's our fault, one group says it will never ever go away.  We have groups that continue to mock or tear apart opposing views all the while claiming to be open minded.  I guess the only thing I want to know is when will it all stop? When will we live as one, think as one, and more importantly treat everyone with dignity and respect?

Truth is, light is stronger then darkness, but the battle is on my friends, oh the battle is on.  I have never in my life seen such darkness, nor have I seen so many people mocked and ridiculed for trying to be the ones who carry the light.  We were created to create.  We have the ability to create our own lives, able to live free from the darkness that wants to overtake the planet.  The problem is most people are unaware of their unique abilities, and sadly because of this they never walk in the light.  Today I want to encourage you to think about the light.  Today I want to move forward and be a shinning light to those around me, to those who are in darkness, and to those who have lost all hope.

It's so easy to look around and see the chaos.  So many people have lost hope, and for those who haven't they carry with them thoughts of "what can I do about it?"  Everything that has ever been done or orchestrated in this world began with a single thought.  Every new gadget was the product of a dream, an idea.  It is time to take our rightful place and be the light that will destroy the darkness.  I was driving my partner to work this morning and all I could think about was whether there was a single place on this planet that would be free from all the horrors that are going on right now.  Might it be a tiny island somewhere in the middle of an ocean?  Is there a place that is totally free from the destruction that is taking place?  It's so easy to be taken up by what is being shown daily on social media and the Internet.  Surely there must be something we can do to make things right, to change the face of humanity, and give hope to the hopeless.  Well the answer is simple, we need to accept our divinity, our ability to manifest all things, and to demonstrate that we are not merely inhabitants of a mortal body, but rather spiritual beings who can and must shine the light for others to see.

If you look back at history and at those who have made history there is one thing that separates them from those who have done nothing.  That one thing is a belief.  A belief that they have been called to do something great.  Those who have come before us and have succeeded have done so because they would not accept anything less then success.  Certainly there are times when we fail or make mistakes, but we continue on the mission, and never let up.  We need to be those individuals who are unwilling to give up until what we desire to accomplish has been accomplished and we can lay our heads down at night knowing we have done what we were sent here to do.  I have accomplished much in my life, but I can attest that there is much more for me to do, and I can't see myself stopping until I do the things I know are left to do.  Are you going to be the person who pursues their dreams, or will you be the person who will allow darkness to dampen any hope of tomorrow?

There is darkness out there, but your light, our light, and the light of those who have come before us is still present to heal our broken land.  If ever there was a time to honor our creation, now is that time.  If ever there was a time to recognize our abilities, now is that time.  If ever there was a time to take a stand and not give up, now is that time.  We were placed here to accomplish something.  Some will do great things, while others will sit back and simply watch.  I for one wish to be active and not passive when it comes to shinning the light.  What is your desire?  What do you want to see happen and can you believe that what you want will come to be?  It is time to set our intentions and then expect that all things will come about for us.  Those who don't do anything and simply sit back will be the ones who will have to accept whatever comes their way.  I do not wish to be an innocent bystander, I desire to be the one who makes the rules and the one who shines the light.

It is easy to see darkness, but now is the time that we begin to see the light.  It is time for us to shine that light so that no matter where anyone turns they can see it as well.  You have light in you, it is time that you release it and allow others to benefit from it.  The day is fast approaching when everyone will desire the light and you will be one of those who will usher it in for them.  How does that make you feel?  Be a light, and be who you were intended to be.  I promise you that darkness will leave when you make your presence known.
