When you've done all to stand, stand some more, even when things look insurmountable .

 I hear stories daily of people who are struggling.  There can be no denying that things are certainly in a total upheaval at the moment, and very few are immune to this upheaval.  What I want to do today is simply encourage you to keep the faith, and not give up.  I could stand here and give all kinds of reasons why certain things happen, or why certain things seem to pass people by.  I could easily point fingers and try to blame the rest of the world for it's woes, and take no responsibility at all.  This is not about pointing the finger of blame at anyone, rather it is about what you can do when you face uncertainty, when you face calamity, when fear and anxiety take over, and all looks as though life as we know it is going down the crapper.  

So many people who find themselves in the midst of despair have forgotten that inside of them resides the furry of a lion.  You might have the personality of a quiet church mouse, but the lion is still present, but maybe just not yet recognized by you.  Well with everything going on around the world, today may be a good day to get acquainted with the Roaring Lion that is inside of each of us.  

Is it possible to look past current situations and see life as it was meant to be?  Is it possible to stand above the fray and not be ruled by what we see, rather ruled by what we know and believe?  When anyone is in the middle of a struggle let's be real, it's difficult to see past the struggle.  It'e even more difficult to find the joy in any struggle, but truth is, there is joy.  Now lest you think me crazy let me explain.  We all can pretty much agree that life is a series of lessons, lessons to get us to our destiny.  Each lesson whether coming from good or bad situations is just that a lesson to teach us something.  The joy comes when we realize that we have in fact learned a valuable lesson.  Often the lessons tells us not to do something again, as that something is what got you into trouble.  Joy comes in the form of knowing that you have protection, that you have insight, that you have any number of things to get past struggles.  It's easy to get dragged down into the pit when faced with certain challenges, but if you go down the pit that is a decision you have made, no one else.  You can rise above it, but only if you believe you can rise above it.  I get that it is easy to say, not so easy to do, but let's be real, in the end what choice do you really have?  Stay in the pit, or rise above it, take the blows, and move on.  It's been said a million times over that no matter how many times one may be knocked down, the key is getting back up.

Here's a truth, and play close attention: when one is in a struggle, you can either let the struggle define you, or you can define yourself.  You can stand in what you know to be your truths, or you can be kicked down and give up.  I fully understand struggle, as I have had what seems like a lifetime of them.  Through it all it has taught me who I am, what I am, and that I have all that I need to rise above all things and claim a victory.  Struggles do not have to come with a death sentence, but you absolutely have to see that they are there to teach us.  Not every lesson is going to be enjoyable, but once again we can find joy in them if you will allow yourself that opportunity.  

It seems as though that the full wrath of evil has come to occupy the earth.  It seems as though no matter where we look we only see fear, catastrophe, and loss.  What I need for you to do today is realize that even though these things are taking place, we need not be controlled by them.  When we relinquish our power we are saying that everything that is going on around us is more powerful than we are, and quite frankly that is a lie.  There is nothing in this Universe that is more powerful than you.  The real issue is that most people have yet to embrace their own power.  I don't say this to insult or accuse, I say this so that you take a look at what has been created in you, in the hopes that you figure out that you no longer have to be controlled by outside events.  If one believes in the perfection of your Creator, then one must also believe that you have been created with certain abilities.  

Let's see if I can't simplify this, and in doing so, paint a picture of the real you.  Let's for a moment think about something you have always wanted to try, but since you had never done it before, there was an element of doubt that occupied the space in your head.  Picture this: on a trampoline, up down, up down. You're about ready to tuck your legs up and do a back flip. Up down, up down, not quite ready for that tuck just yet, as a tiny bit of fear has creeped in.  So now it's go time, up down, up down, still no tuck.  Frustration is beginning to show, but yet something inside is saying just do it.  Up down, up down, and finally the tuck, and there it is, a flip.  You did it, you can't believe how simple it actually was, and now it is flip, after flip, after flip.  You actually begin to laugh at yourself because what you once thought was impossible was in fact so simple.  Well whether one is looking to do a flip or something else, there is always an element of doubt or fear that has the potential of creeping into the picture, until you realize that there was indeed nothing to doubt or fear.  You have just released that Lion.  You have not fallen prey to the naysayers, to the doubters or haters, you simply took your rightful place, and accepted what was yours all along.

What does all of this have to do with standing, and continuing to stand?  It has everything to do with you knowing that you have no limits, that you have the ability to speak creation, to determine certain outcomes with your own words.  We can occupy darkness, or we can walk in light.  We can accept defeat, or we can claim victory, and know that victory is ours.  If someone gives up then who is responsible?  I am in no way saying that every situation is easy.  I get the concept of difficulty in life, probably more than you realize.  That being said I have gotten to the point where I no longer allow circumstances to define me, and you should never allow circumstances, or even others, to define you.  Things are going to happen in life, unexpected things, but one must be aware that you have the ability to get through each situation.  I can only encourage you never to give up.  Often those who are put through trials and tribulations the most have the greatest calling on them.  

We need to stand, release the roaring lion, and know that no matter what gets thrown at us we will overcome.  In any war or conflict there is generally a winner and looser.  Now I think there is no winner so to speak as war brings loss, but what I am saying is that at some point there will be a so-called winner and looser.  So in the conflicts you face will you be the winner or looser?  Battles are fought and won in times of war, but in the end those who who display strength, courage, determination, will ultimately come out victorious.  I say all that to say this:  never give up, and never doubt that you have been called to do something greater.  You have been chosen to do wonderful things in the future, and even though it appears that things may be crashing down in front of you, never doubt that you will be victorious.  It is time to let out the roar, stand up in your power and might, and never doubt that you have been called to do something very, very special for the rest of the world.  I leave you light, love, peace, joy, and happiness.

Our Red Sea Moment, Time to write your Story.

There comes a time in everyone's life where we have to decide what direction we are going to go in, and in that decision, what we will do.  There comes a time in everyone's life when we will begin to write our story.  Maybe the pages of your book are empty at the moment, but that doesn't mean you don't have the experiences that will eventually be written down.  Even though the pages of your story have not been written yet does not mean you don't have or won't have a story to tell.  Today I want to prepare you for what lies ahead, what is about to happen, and in these events, you will be positioned to do what you were always intended to do.

I've spent many years writing about destiny.  Some have laughed at me for taking on such a mission, and that's OK.  We each have different talents, different callings, but what will never change is the simple fact that each of us has a destiny.  The key to life is discovering that destiny, and walking in it.  Most of us can remember our childhood and some of the dreams we had as a child.  We would dream about the things we were going to do when we got older.  A cowboy, a nurse, a doctor, astronaut, the list could go on and on.  No matter what those dreams were, eventually they would lead you to where you are today.  I've talked to so many people in my time, and without fear of contradictions, most if not all would tell you that life took a different direction.  Now we could conclude from this that there have been many missed opportunities, but is it really accurate to say that?  If one believes in destiny, then one needs to understand that anything that has transpired has happened to get you where you are at right in this particular moment.  One has to understand that there are no missed steps when it comes to destiny, and that everything that has ever happened has happened for a reason.

When I moved to Texas from Maine I had dreams, and I had desires.  It was a huge decision to pickup everything I had, everything I had known, and start something new.  Truth be told I always had a feeling that I would end up here, but never really gave it any real thought for 30 plus years.  Fast forward to today and now I can see the perfection of all things.  Many have given up on their dreams as time has passed and they feel as though the opportunities to complete things has also passed.  Never make the mistake of giving up.  Things happen in the perfection of the Universe, and one must understand that all that has to happen will happen at the appointed time, not a minute sooner, not a minute late.  I get that many are hanging on by their finger tips.  Many are asking when?  Many are wondering if they have simply missed out.  It's easy to give up when one has been beat up, dismissed, laughed at, ridiculed, and simply tossed out with the trash.  The test of true resilience, the test of intestinal fortitude, is the ability to stand firm in what you dream, what you believe, and never give up.  I know it's not always easy to do, but to the faithful who refuse to give up, to them goes the spoils.  

We each have a story to tell, a story to write, and it is in you telling your story that you will touch a life.  Do you really think for a moment that everything you have gone through was just to test you?  The things we go through are there to position us to do the things we were created to do.  There are times when the lessons of life are tough, but it's always been truth that the tough things in life will ultimately define who we really are, and quite frankly why we are here.  I was talking to a friend the other day and was reminded of an old saying, "tough to remember that our primary goal was to drain the swamp when we are up to our butts in alligators".  Let's be real for a moment, it's tough to believe in dreams when we are buffeted each and everyday with things that would test the patience of Job.  It's difficult to believe when our beliefs are tested each day with every manner of fear, anxiety, strife, and doubt.  It's Ok to admit that you have been through a battle.  Anyone that tells you that they have never been tested is living in make believe land.  We are all tested.  Now some test may seem simple, but none-the-less, tested to be sure.  I've often said that a life void of test and trials is probably a life where not a lot is getting done, and ultimately will be a life void of accomplishment.  I'm not advocating for doom and gloom.  What I'm trying to say is that when one is tasked with something, something of substance, something of greatness, often that will be accompanied with test and trials. 

The testings and trails of life are what need to be written down in your book.  These examples of how you have overcome will provide to others the feeling that they are not alone in their own struggles, and maybe will provide them that little push to give it another try.  We all need reassurance from time to time.  We all need words of comfort.  We all need to feel that we are not alone in our struggles.  We need to accept that each of us will have our Red Sea Moment, and when we do believe that we will come out the other side.  Life is not about simply existing, life is about doing.  Doing those things that you have thought about, dreamt about, longed for.  Life is about standing tall in your calling, and never giving up.  The joy of doing what you always wanted, always thought about, that is a joy that is never ending, and we should desire that type of joy.  

Each of us has a story to tell.  Each story has the chance of changing many people.  A story may only affect a single life.  In the end the numbers do not matter, what matters is that your story helped change something, helped improve something, helped to clarify something for someone.  You are so much more valuable to the world than you might realize.  It is time to start writing your story.  It is time to release to the rest of the world your history, your greatness, your uniqueness.  When we neglect to share who we are with others, we limit what others can gain from us.  Never doubt that you have something to offer, something that someone somewhere needs.  The time has come to pick up your pen and share you with the rest of the world.  The time has come to let others know that you have survived, and through each trial, through each battle you have grown, and if you can do it, so can they.  

I leave you with this thought: if I told you that your story would cause the world to change fundamentally would you write it?  If I told you that you have within you the chance to change the face of the planet, would you believe me?  If I simply encouraged you to step out into those things you desire, would you do it?  Now is the time to push the envelope and do what many thought impossible, but you knew it as very very possible.  You have much to offer, but sitting by and doing nothing is never going to bring forth into this world what the world needs.  Stop second guessing your worthiness, and instead accept the fact that you are powerful beyond what you might think.  It is time to step out into that power and change the world one person at a time.  Get out there and do your part, so others can grow and ultimately do their part. I leave you love, light, peace, joy, and happiness, and most of all I leave you with an understanding of who and what you are, and why you are here.  It's time to own your purpose, walk in your destiny, and change the world.

What is your "Vision" for the future?

What is your belief for the future?  What dreams are flying around your mind at the moment?  What is the one thing you wish you could be doing at the moment, but for whatever reason you have yet to place any plans in motion to get to this one very special thing?  Please take a minute to answer these questions, and oh by the way, while you're doing that, take just a moment to realize that no matter what it is you are dreaming about, those dreams were placed in you for a reason.

Today's Blog may seem a little hard hitting, but there is a reason for that, and in just a minute or two you are going to realize what that reason is.  Let me start out by saying I make no apologies for what I am about to share with you.  My intent this morning is to encourage you, and although some may find an alternate intent in my words, I assure you what I say this morning is nothing more than my desire to see that you are where you need to be, doing the things you need to be doing.  Why is this so important? Well, doing what you love, doing what you were born to do, doing those things that have been inside of you since the beginning of time were put there so that your life would be fulfilling.  They were placed inside of you so that you might lead others to their own purpose.  

I dare say that if you were to poll the entire population of this planet, asking them if they were doing what they truly desired to be doing, that the percentage who would categorically say yes they were, would be extremely low.  If you were to ask how many wish they could be doing something different, well that number might just shock the ever living daylights out of you.  Why is it that we want or desire to do something, yet so few seem to be doing what they truly would love to do?  Simple question, complex answer.  For a moment just imagine a world where every last person was doing the one thing they always desired to do.  Imagine a time where every living person was walking in their destiny, completely in love with life, with what they were doing, and knowing that this was the purpose of their existence.  Imagine if you will that you were doing the one thing that you have always dreamt about, thought about, longed for, even those things that others thought you were crazy for desiring.  Imagine life, a life whose purpose was to fully embrace the reason for your creation.  How would that differ from where you find yourself in this very moment?  Please don't feel embarrassed if your answer is you are not doing what you always dreamt about doing.  You're in pretty good company I assure you.  The key is your willingness to acknowledge that you need to change, or maybe just embrace what is inside of you.  Embrace your dreams, your desires, and maybe for the first time take steps to pull those dreams and desires out of the dust bin you have placed them into, dust them off, and accept that you have them for a reason.

When I started out writing about Destiny I had no idea where it would take me, let alone even imagine I would be doing it as long as I have been doing it.  I can honestly say that I love every minute of the writing that I have done over the last decade and a half.  This is my destiny writing and talking about destiny.  The joy I feel is the joy I desire for each of you to feel as you step out into those things destined for you.  How sad a world where the vast majority of people feel trapped in a life that they perceive to have zero meaning or value.  That is not what life is suppose to be, and this is what needs to change.  

So what is your vision for the future?  Are you willing in this very moment to shout it out to the world to hear?  If you are, then do it.  If not, then you need to ask yourself why not.  I know people have been told they are crazy for the dreams they have.  I fully understand the fear and trepidation of letting go and doing something completely different.  But ask yourself this question:  is where you are at right now where you want to stay, or is there something else, something better for you? I'm not pointing fingers. What I want you to do is simply be honest with yourself, and in that honesty finally admit that maybe there is something you would really, really, really love to do.  

When I took the first step toward my destiny I was very unsure.  I had done some writing in college, but nothing like I was about to step out into.  I can't tell you how many people thought I was totally nuts when I told them I was preparing to write the first of many books.  Many fell back on the preconceived notion that I needed a College Degree if I was ever going to enjoy any success in this crazy endeavor of mine.  If I'm being completely honest I can't tell you that I didn't have those same thoughts, but I pushed through the doubt, tossed off the negative words spoken, and simply did what I thought was the best way of doing what I do.  I have been blessed beyond what words can describe with this gift from the Creator of all things.  How and what I write is never from me, but from Spirit.  That the way it is, and that is the way it will always be.  When you operate from a Divine Authority there will be no doubt.  When you walk in spirit there will never be doubt.  When you finally follow your heart, let go of fear, walk past negative words, there will be no doubt you are doing what you were created to do.

Let me leave you with this thought: you are the only one who can do what you were created to do.  No one has the same dreams or desires. Certainly others may desire to do some of the same things, but they will never be identical, as each person is their own person.  The sooner you realize that what is inside of you to do is for you to do, the sooner you can step out into those things that the rest of humanity needs.  Please never measure your dreams against another's dream.  We have to release or cut away from the expectations of others, and simply walk in those things destined for you, and only you.  If you can dream it, imagine it, then you can walk in it.  

Our lives are going to change in a mighty way shortly, and when it happens you will never ever doubt again that you have been called and chosen to do some incredible things.  The time has come for each of us to embrace our perfection, walk with faith, and know that there is nothing that can take you away from those things you were created to do.  Be strong, be bold, and above all else, simply know that dreams do come true, and they will be here before you know it.  I leave you love, peace, joy, and happiness, and know that you are so worthy of all the goodness that exist.  
 

Destiny, What's in it for me?

Life is a journey of discovery, and in this discovery there are many paths, many diversions, many course corrections.  But as with anything in life there comes a time when you will come face to face with your purpose, your destiny, and what you do with it is ultimately your decision.  What I want to do today is talk about destiny, why it applies to you, and why you  just might want to think about your journey of discovery.

I've been writing about destiny for over a decade.  When I first stepped out into my destiny there was some doubt of course, but that doubt was not so much about what I was going to do, rather how I was going to do it.  I never went to college to be a writer.  I never ever thought of being an author.  Many, many people thought I had gone off my rocker. After all, who was I too think that I could change the world with my message of destiny, let alone change the path of just a single individual?  Well truth be told I was fine if I only changed the life of a single individual.  That one soul who I touched might just be the one who changes an entire continent.  

What is Destiny?  Ask a thousand people, get a thousand different responses.  In my world destiny is the reason you were put here in the first place.  Destiny is the one thing you can never run away from.  Certainly there are people who will attempt to distance themselves from their destiny, but that's only because they do not want to face what is being asked of them.  Far too many people feel inadequate when it comes to fulfilling their destiny.  They do not see that they have all the talent, all the attributes, all the abilities to do the one thing they were sent here to do.  Way too many people fear destiny as if it were some kind of disease.  Destiny should be coveted, it should be cherished, it should be the first thing you think about in the morning, and the last thing you think about before you close your eyes at night.  Now some will say that we should think of our creator first and last.  Well let me ask you this, who do you think placed your destiny inside of you?  Who do you think created you specifically so you could fulfill your destiny?  You can no more remove the Creator of the Universe from your destiny, then you can remove this planet from the Cosmos.  

Every single person past, present, and future has had, has now, or will have a destiny.  I've said this so many times in the past, you were not placed here on this planet just for the free popcorn.  Each of us has a passion, a purpose.  Each and every person is equipped to fulfill their destiny, it just takes time to discover this, but discover this they will.  When I sit down to write I am ever so grateful that I have been given this gift.  Now there are people who can write circles around me.  It's not so much about skill, but to me, it's about the substance.  I never try to measure myself against anyone else.  Each person will do things differently from others.  Some may have massive success at things, while others may struggle to do the simple things.  In the end what matters is that you do what you were sent here to do.  My dear, dear friends, destiny is simply who and what you are.  Just as you cannot change the structure of your DNA, you cannot change your destiny.  Some will run from it, but that does not change the fact that you were created to do something.

One of the greatest deterrents to walking in your destiny is fear.  Fear that you aren't equipped, fear that you will mess up, fear that what you truly desire is foolish in the eyes of the rest of the world.  If we can remove fear, we can begin to step out into those things that were destined for us.  We've all been placed here to do something, and the sooner you can accept this fact, the sooner you can do what needs to be done.  I've seen dreams dashed because those around us could not accept what others have been called to do.  I've seen desires squashed because others could not grasp what was in one's heart to do.  Your dreams and desires are yours and yours alone.  Forget about what others think and simply move on those things you know to be true.  Let's get real for a moment and accept the fact that each of us have things we love, things we love to do, things we love dreaming about.  If you desire to do it, if you love certain things, why in the world would you think that these things are not meant for you?  Dreams and desires are stepping stones to your destiny, and with each step you take you are one step closer to walking in your destiny.

Destiny is not some magical thing, destiny is as real as the chair you might be sitting in to read this blog.  Destiny is so important for the sole reason that you are important.  If you think that anyone else can do what you were created to do, then you have missed the mark.  Certainly there are people who might do similar things as you, but not the same.  When one can come to grips with their calling, their purpose, this mission in life, well let's just say that life will change forever.  Think about doing that one thing that brings you absolute joy. Think about life with no worries, no fear, no doubt.  If every person on this planet was able to grasp the concept of destiny, walked in that destiny, desired to see destiny, this world would indeed be a different place.  While we can't control what others do, we certainly can make the decision to do our part, and our part is to look at destiny, and hold on to it forever.  The saddest part of existence is not realizing why we exist in the first place.  Those who cannot understand destiny will always be wanting something else.  Those who do not accept destiny will always be reaching for that Gold Ring on the Merry-go-round.  Please, please, please understand, you have a purpose.  You have been created to do something, and that something can only be done by you.  The time has come to forget what others have said, what others may think, and step out into your destiny.  Until such time there will be an emptiness in you, and that emptiness will never be filled.  

Let me end with this thought:  imagine if you will a time when all things line up perfectly with your dreams and aspirations.  Imagine just for a moment that there is nothing you lack, nothing that brings fear or anxiety.   Imagine if you will living the most perfect life there is, where you only know joy, love, peace, and happiness.  Too many people think this an impossible task, but no, it's very possible, and it's what we should be looking for, and accepting nothing less.  This is the beauty of your existence, and this is what you should be looking to be, looking to step into, and looking to live in.  This is your destiny.  The time has come to let go of expectations of others, and simply be you. The authentic you, the you that was placed here to do the unimaginable, the impossible.  Your destiny awaits you, and all that you need to do is step out into it, always knowing that this journey of discovery is yours and yours alone.  There will be people along the way sent to help, but you must take the first step, and that first step is nothing to fear.  You can do this, and when you do, hold on tight for life will change in ways you never imagined, but life will be more perfect, more inspired, more edifying than words could describe.  Walk my friend toward your destiny and never look back.

New Year, New Me, New You.

 I took a week or two off over the holidays to relax, refresh, and prepare myself for what is about to transpire over the entire globe.  There is a move of the Spirit happening right now, and each of us has a part to play in this movement.  What I want to do today is prepare you for what is about to take place, and in doing so get you to set your eyes on those things you desire most.  Unfortunately there will be those who are not yet ready to step out into the vast unknown, but trust me, guidance will be coming to you to get you to where you need to be.  Where this guidance comes from will be different for each individual, but it will come.  It might come from a stranger, remember we have always entertained Angels without knowing.  This guidance may come from friends, from family, from a co-worker.  Simply extend your faith and know that all you need will be provided in the perfect timing of the Creator of the Universe.

When I set out on my journey I never imagined I would be doing the things I am doing.  Certainly I had dreams and visions, but never in my life did I imagine I would be a writer, a motivator, and encourager. My desire right now is to simply inspire others to reach out and do.  Do what is in their heart to do. Walk in a manner that they know that they know that they are doing what they were created to do.  When you get up each morning over joyed that you get to do what you love, that is the blessing of life.  When you get the opportunity to change the world, that is a blessing of life.  When you simply walk in the knowledge that you are chosen, that blessing can never fully be described in words.  Shortly each of us will be able to fully understand that we have been chosen for something so big, so enormous, so huge, that you will find it difficult to find the words to describe how beautiful it is.

There are so many people who have dreams and desires, and yet they also feel as though the time will never arrive when they will be able to step out into those dreams and desires.  This may be a result of current circumstances that they find themselves in.  It may be that life has been so difficult that they are simply unable to believe.  Let me tell you, the time is coming where the veil is going to be lifted, and all that you desire, all that you dream is going to be right in front of you, and all you will need to do is accept it with open and willing arms.  Your cries have been heard, your prayers are about to be answered, and answered in a manner that there will be no doubt, absolutely no doubt, that you have been chosen to do something utterly amazing.  I encourage each of you to prepare yourself for what is about to take place.  We need to be grounded in a knowledge that we have all we need to be successful in those things that have been placed in our hearts to do.  

There was a time in my life that I was ready to give up.  I felt as though I had failed at pretty much everything there was to fail at.  Failed at work, failed at love, failed at what seemed to be the smallest and simplest things in life.  It took me months and months of alone time to finally hear the truth about me.  I literally was in a self-imposed exile, a time away from everything so I could learn the real meaning of life, the real meaning of me.  I had become what I owned, and what I did for work.  My value was measured in what I had accumulated, in what I had done work wise.  Needless to say when I stepped out of that mold that society had placed me in I was able to know the real me, the authentic me, and that was when life changed forever.  If you had told me I would be a published author I would have thought you mad.  Fast forward to today and I am so blessed that I get to do what I love most.  Well, each of you if you haven't already are about to discover the reason for you creation, and that reason is of such beauty, such joy, happiness, and peace, that up until now you may not have been able to believe it was all for you.

So as we enter this new year the time has come to discover your purpose.  The time has come to accept that each of us have passions inside, dreams and visions, that we have held on too, not knowing the time, but always believing that at some distant point in time we might be given the OK to move forward.  Well today I want you to consider that the word has been given.  I want you to move forward in those dreams, those visions and ideas that just won't go away, and that you can't let go of.  You see each of us was placed here on this earth with a mission, a calling, a purpose.  Might this be the time that you finally admit that you are special, and that there is something this world needs that only you can offer it?

Just imagine a world where each and every person was living in their purpose, was driven by their passion.  Imagine a world where ego was a thing of the past, and our only desire was that each person was walking in their destiny.  Can you imagine a place or even a time such as this?  It can happen, and it can all start with you accepting your calling.  You are so much more powerful than you can imagine.  I've said this before, we have not because we ask not, and we ask not because we don't believe.  Well my friends the time has come for each of us to believe.  Believe that we are equipped.  Believe that we are called. Believe that we have all we need to walk in those things that we have been called and designed to walk in. This year is going to be like no other before.  There is something coming that will change the face of this planet, and we are going to be a huge part of that force that changes the face of humanity.  We must prepare for our mission, and know that we have everything we need, right now, in this moment, to be a part of the largest, most beautiful change that this world has ever seen.

I leave you now with this last thought:  if I came out with a Golden Platter and said that you could take anything off of it, as it held everything and anything known to man, what would be the one thing you would take from it?  This platter is now in front of you, and now you get to take from it the one thing you desire most in life.  It's not often we get this opportunity, as so much has been stolen and kept from us, but our time of plenty has arrived, and now you get to choose.  I suggest you choose wisely, as some of your next decisions are going to chart your path for years to come.  I leave you peace, joy, happiness, and love, and trust you will begin to experience life the way life was always intended to be.  

At the end of the day, Happiness is a choice!!!!!

 It's been a long day.  Challenge after challenge.  Trial after trial.  Roadblock on top of roadblock. Sadness piled onto more sadness.  Failure, stress, fear, anxiety, and loss, where does it all end?  Does any of this sound familiar ?  If you are like the average person each of us has to deal with various issues every single day.  The key to any challenge, to any event, is to choose how you see it, how you navigate it, and ultimately how you embrace it.  Embracing all things with happiness is a choice, but it is a choice that best suits you, and in the end will ultimately change the way you see anything going on in your life. 

What I want to do today is challenge you to see things differently, and adopting a new view of things.  Happiness is a choice.  No matter what may be going on in one's life, choosing happiness, no matter how difficult it might be, is really the only option you have if you are going to overcome the total dismay of the day.  Many have heard me say this before, but in any situation, no matter the difficulty, one can find happiness in as much as a lesson has been learned.  Well, hopefully learned.  If one does not pick up on the lesson at hand, then they will ultimately have to go round Robinhood's Barn another time until such time as the lesson is learned.  Often the most difficult situations in life bring the greatest discernment.  Discovering that you have the strength, the stamina, the will to get through the struggles of life is a huge testament to your understanding of your significance.  One would think that when they know they are unstoppable that somehow happiness would be flowing through every cell of their body.  

If I were to tell you that you have just purchased the winning lottery ticket worth millions, and that if your numbers did not come up I would personally give you the money, would that make you happy?  Now it's not about the money, what it's about is knowing your worth, knowing your truth, knowing your abilities as a creative being.  This in and of itself should create so much happiness inside of you that it is virtually unstoppable.  The only person that has the power to stop your happiness is you.  Certainly people may come your way throughout the day who are intent on screwing around with you, who will try to ruin your day, or simply just play with your mind.  At the end of the day you have the choice as to how you are going to react.  Are you going to retreat into nothingness when trials come, or will you stand tall, stand strong, laugh at what is in front of you, and choose happiness?  When that idiot boss once again decides to belittle you and others around do you simply put a boot up his/her's backside, or do you silently reach for the happiness that resides in you, realizing that you can't fix stupid?

Happiness once again is a choice.  My dogs bring me happiness, and when I'm having a difficult time I simply sit down and snuggle for a bit, this is always a huge dose of happiness for me.  You have to discover those things that bring you happiness and immerse yourself in it any time you find yourself in need of a little pick me up.  We face many challenges, but each challenge is an opportunity to find the happiness in it.  How one finds happiness, how one walks in happiness is entirely up to you.  That being said, if one cannot find happiness what do you think the alternative is?  No one is perfect and even the strongest person on the planet is going to have those times when being happy is nearly impossible, but let me tell you that finding happiness, walking in happiness, embracing happiness is anything but impossible.  

When someone comes to an understanding of their own significance, their perfection of design, their reason for being here, then walking in happiness becomes the norm, and not just something we hope for.  I'm here to tell you that there is nothing more important than understanding, accepting, and ultimately walking in your purpose.  Those things that you are passionate about, that bring you joy, peace, and ultimately happiness, are there to move you to your destiny.  When you fully embrace the purpose of you, then happiness will be a constant.  When you are able to embrace the real you, the unique you, the beautiful you, then walking in happiness is certain.  When one has confidence, one will experience happiness.  When we succeed at something we are generally happy about it.  When we fail we often walk in sadness, we experience frustration, when in actuality we should be happy.  Now someone is going to ask why should we be happy with failure.  I didn't say to be happy in failure, what I mean is we should be happy that we attempted something.  Certainly we may have come up a little short of the goal, but weren't you brave enough to enter into this activity in the first place.  If you are in a sporting event and come in second place, or loose the game, can't you find happiness in the fact that you gave it your best?  Once again how you see things is just as important as how you experience things.

Life's challenges are all there to bring you to a point of walking in, understanding, and believing that happiness should be a constant in your life.  A life void of happiness, and sadly there are many who live in this state constantly, but a life void of happiness is torture.  A life empty of happiness is a constant state of upheaval, a struggle, a "God this sucks" kind of moment.  No one should want to live this way and sadly there are many who are caught in this vicious cycle of things.  Happiness is something you must accept.  I can offer you happiness but if you are not ready to accept it, does it really matter if I give it to you or someone else?  I choose to live my life in happiness, and if struggles come, as they will, I still choose to live in happiness.  Why? Well pretty simple to answer, the alternative to happiness kind of sucks.  

At the end of the day, the choice is yours to make.  I can encourage, others can encourage, but you have to make the choice.  Find those things that bring you happiness, and keep them close.  We all have things we love, and I suspect that those things you love bring you a certain level of happiness.  If you know something makes you happy, latch on to it and never let go.  On the other hand, if there is something that is draining you happiness, then kick that thing to the curb, turn around and walk away from it.  If something is not serving you why in the world would you want to hang on to it? 

We are about to see a major shift in things, and you are going to experience happiness like never before.  The smile on your face will not disappear,  the love in your heart will grown, and your ability to touch a life, change a life, will be ever present.  Prepare now because things are about to get funner and funner.  I leave you with love, light, peace, joy, and of course happiness that will expand well above what you may have ever experienced before. 

Dream often, Dream Big, but absolutely follow your dreams.

I sit here this morning thinking about what lies ahead. I think of my desires, my hopes, and most of all the dreams I have for the future.  What most people do is go through each day with only the expectations of what they have already experienced and not what they truly hope for in life. What I'd like to do today is simply encourage you to look at a few things, that if you take to heart, truly believe, will change the way you see things, and that will hopefully change the landscape of your life.

Many have asked me why I spend so much time writing about dreams.  The answer is quite simple: I believe in dreams, the significance they have in life, and the direction they are there to provide.  Too many times people discount the significance of dreams.  I will absolutely encourage you not to fall into this trap. There is no doubt that most individuals have struggles each day.  Many are not satisfied with their life, their careers, their existence.  Most who have these struggles, those who question is this as good as it gets, are the same people who have never looked at dreams as stepping stones.  I am here today to hopefully motivate you to stop the vicious cycle of ups and downs in life, and instead look to those things you truly desire, those simple things you dream of.  Here's a bombshell: everyone has dreams, however, some are just not willing to acknowledge them for fear that they will be labeled a lunatic, strange, or just out there.  I've been there.  When I first set out to be a writer/author I had people tell me that with my limited experience, lack of formal training, I was just fooling myself.  Had I listened to them, well let's say I would not be able to be doing what I am doing right now, and what I am doing right now brings me more joy than I can describe with words.

Dreams come in all shapes and sizes.  There are people who will have similar dreams as you, but each dream is specific for each person, and without regard to similarities, when we combine the dreams of every person, in time you will see how they connect together. Why?  Well if you believe int he perfection of the Universe then you would have to agree that all things do work together, and if all things work together, then it only makes sense that at some point in times, a dream from one person is going to have a direct impact on the dreams of someone else.  

Just for a moment I want you to close your eyes and simply imagine your perfect life.  What does it look like? Is there abundance? Is there peace, and joy, happiness?  Are you participating in activities each day that brings a smile to your face?  If you have imagined any of these things, then you have just dreamed of them, and if you have dreamed of them, then each of these things are meant for you.  We often complicate things, when in actuality things are quite simple.  So many people discount imagination, and yet imagination is nothing but dreams.  Keep in mind, everything in the world today basically came from imagination.  If you can think it, you can have it, but keep in mind that works for good and bad thoughts so be mindful of what you allow to roll around in your head.

As I said we need to dream often, dream big, and most importantly we need to follow our dreams.  If you have placed a destination into your GPS would it not be foolish not to follow it?  How often have we seconded guessed what that voice told us to do, only to find out that the voice was correct?  We often second guess our dreams since many of them seem unattainable.  We think they are unattainable because we have yet to realize the significance of our existence, nor have we truly believed in the massive power and ability that we were born with.  How sad to go through life having unlimited power, and never ever believing that you have it, thereby never stepping out into that power.

We live in a time where we would love to have it all, but we don't because we don't believe that having it all is for us.  I assure you that having it all is indeed for you, and the sooner you accept this truth, the sooner you can step out into having it all.  Not what that "All" is, is quite different for each person, as each person has dreams and desires.  It is time that we realize that we were never created to be slaves to a system that was created to enslave us.  The sooner you come to grips with your intentions, the sooner you can walk in those intentions.  If you dig deep then you will realize that dreams lead to intention, and intention leads to fulfillment of those dreams.

Allow me to leave you with these thoughts, and it is my hope that you will take a few minutes to meditate about them, and in doing so, get a release, that so many people are in desperate need of.  Darkness exist in the world today.  This darkness is nothing more than a smokescreen, put there to get your mind off of what is truly yours in the first place, and stopping you from actually having the dream life.  When our attention is removed from the glory of life, and instead looks at the evil that is out there, then we stop believing that we can have that glorious life that we were created to have. I have to make the decision each day how of how I intend to live life.  I could go around always expecting the sky to drop, or I can live in victory, I can live in peace, in joy, and in happiness.  You must make the decision on how you are going to live life, but it is my suggestion that you begin by accepting the greatness that is in you, that is why you are here, and why you have the dreams that you have.  

Dreams are so powerful.  Dreams are very real.  Dreams are the building blocks of our destiny, and walking in your destiny is what life is all about.  I encourage you to look at your dreams, expect them to come to fruition, and enjoy all the benefits of a robust dream life.  I promise you that once you accept, and act upon your dreams, your life will change in a monumental way.  I leave you with light, love, peace, joy, and happiness.  Remember you come from an unlimited, powerful Creator who place you here to experience the unlimited, the powerful.  It is now your decision as to whether you walk in it, or ignore it.  Choose wisely.
